At KoalaCloth, we want you to love your home textiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unused items. If your new linens or decor aren't the perfect fit for your space, we make the exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
